If I disappear from Facebook, it will be be because someone told them I had the audacity to publicly dislike some of what they do. But here goes:

It’s very long, so feel free to skip to the second half.
The first half deals with censorship. You might think that censoring pictures of naked hippies is a good thing, but the problem is Facebook is more interested in placating people so they see more advertisements and has little interest in morality. In other words, if enough people don’t like what you think is important, you can be censored.
The second half deals with how they (like Google) do pretty much the same things that got so many people outraged at NSA.
